Sarah Rezak began her career with Ragatz Associates in 1997 where she contributed to over 250 fractional ownership consulting assignments covering over half of the U.S. states and more than 20 international locations. As research manager there she conducted the firm’s annual research on the fractional interest industry and the non-equity destination club industry. She also organized all six of the Ragatz Associates U.S. Fractional Interest Symposia.
With nearly 10 years of experience with fractional real estate, she has been published and is often quoted in various industry trade publications. She is a frequent speaker at industry trade events.
