Greetings from wonderful Snowmass, Colorado.  My name is Erik Anthony Cavarra and for over 7 years, I was one of the Golf Professionals as well as one of the lead Real Estate Specialists involved in the marketing and sales of the early phase of the Private Residence Club and Phase I and II of  the Sanctuary (Phase II is now being marketed as Countryside with whole ownership).

In January, I joined Huggins & Company Real Estate, which specializes in high end properties in the Roaring Fork Valley. Quick Facts: In Aspen/Snowmass specifically, through the third quarter of this year, sales were at $1.87 billion, an increase of 12.5 percent over the same period last year.

• 1,425 transactions recorded in Pitkin County through September, are up 7% from last years recorded mark of 1,331.
• In three years, year-to-date dollar volume has gone from $333 million in 2003 to $725 million 2006.
